Our
close-knit staff enjoys both collaborative exchange
and friendship. We are experienced Montessori guides,
assistants and auxiliary staff who share the same vision.
All staff has excellent training (AMS/AMI) and most
have between 10 and 25 years experience. They are exceptional
in their commitment to a unifying philosophy of respect
and support for individual learners and for each other.
That sets the tone for the positive and productive relationships
we have with the children and their families.
Heads
of classes meet state certification and are trained
and certified Montessorians (AMI/AMS). This is an
important distinction because schools may call themselves
“Montessori” without professional credentials.
The Administrator has 30 years of Montessori experience
and is the past president of the American Montessori
Society. Her training spans the ages of infant/toddler
through upper elementary. She was a faculty member
of the University of Dayton’s School of Education.
